Citizens Bank is improving online account security. We are implementing a new process that will add another layer of security when you log on to your account. This new enhancement helps keep your account and private information safer than ever before. What you should know: User ID's and Passwords will remain the same. You will be asked to provide responses for security questions (such as, "What is your mother's maiden name?").
This enhancement allows you to recognize that you are providing your information to our legitimate website and not a fraudulent website.
Also please be aware that when you log into online banking you will see an authentication image. You will need to pick an authentication phrase to match the authentication image.
